Dr. Jordan is board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine with extensive experience providing outpatient mental health and addiction treatment, including medication management. She has a background in academic medicine where she focused on expanding access to addiction treatment for underserved populations. Dr. Jordan has a wealth of experience treating mental health and addiction across diverse populations, providing a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges faced by each person.

Heather Connors serves as our office manager and admissions coordinator, combining professionalism, compassion, and extensive expertise in addiction care. She and Dr. Jordan have collaborated for more than eight years in outpatient treatment, guiding individuals and families through recovery with dedication and care.
Heather holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and has earned the Master Addiction Counselor certification from NAADAC, the Association for Addiction Professionals. With more than 20 years of experience—from detox services to long-term recovery coaching—she brings both breadth and depth to her role.
Her commitment to supporting patients and families makes her an integral part of our team and a trusted partner in the recovery process.
