For your convenience, urine and blood labs can be obtained at LabCorp locations, allowing for a personalized outpatient addiction treatment plan that addresses both your mental health and addiction needs.
During follow-up assessments, your progress is monitored in both addiction recovery and mental health management. This visit includes a review of your treatment plan, updates on your medical and psychological status, medication management and ongoing assessment of your addiction concerns. Routine urine toxicology screening is utilized to ensure that your treatment remains effective and tailored to your evolving needs.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of initial evaluations and follow-up appointments; failure to provide this notice, including no-shows, will result in a cancellation fee. The card on file will be billed for this amount. Thank you for your understanding in maintaining this policy to ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all patients.
Physician time for phone calls, care coordination, or document preparation is billed in 10 minute increments. Services that can be completed in under 10 minutes incur no additional charge.
Medication refills are made at the discretion of the physician. Refill requests are processed by the office manager Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Please note that medication refills are not available outside of these hours, including evenings and weekends.
Addiction Medicine Partners is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance, including in-network or out-of-network benefits. A credit card is kept on file and payment is processed at the time of service.
